A practical review follows the installation: route the cable, fit the base, close and reopen the cover, then check joints and packing against the selected sample.
State indoor or outdoor use, mounting location, cable arrangement and any exposure or destination-market requirements. Confirm required test evidence for the ordered specification.
Identify the intended PVC or uPVC material and color. Agree the grade and any performance requirements in the quotation; confirm them against the approved sample and relevant documentation.
Review the retaining lips, opening force, closing method and access for maintenance with the mating base. Identify the dimensions that control fit.
Check the section, mounting fit, cut length and visible finish. Record the agreed drawing revision and inspection points before repeat production.
Confirm assembled or separate packing for the base and cover, straight-length support, carton or bundle count, labels and destination. Review any adhesive-backed option separately.
