APPLICATION
Wrapped rope or fitted sleeve
Rope and tape wrap around the roller; a sleeve fits over it. The photo shows a tape wrap used as an installation reference.
For a replacement, send the roller diameter, covered length and a photo of the current fitting. Identify the machine and line position.
Routine replacement
Provide the current part specification, quantity and maintenance date.
Wear or glass marks
Share photos and working conditions so the cause can be reviewed before changing the covering.
Distributor orders
List each size separately, with your part numbers and packing requirements.

For an existing square-cord wrap. Specify width × thickness and the required length.
Flat rope / tape

For an existing round-cord wrap. Specify diameter and required continuous length.
Sleeve
For a tubular covering. Specify roller diameter, sleeve inside diameter, wall thickness and length.

Can I order without a drawing?
Start with photos, measurements and the existing part number. Mark unknown details clearly; do not guess from the nearest catalogue size.
Can I change the shape or thickness?
A change needs a fit and application review. A larger size alone does not establish longer service life.
What temperature rating applies?
Provide the temperature at the covering and exposure duration. Suitability depends on the offered construction; no verified Jizon temperature rating is stated here.
Is the roll length the minimum order?
No. Packing length and minimum order are different. Ask for the required quantity and continuous lengths in your quotation.
